Increase your visibility at Baby Boomer/Senior Expo by becoming an Expo sponsor. Seize the opportunity to publicize your business name to over 10,000 attendees. Attendees include baby boomers, older adults, caregivers, families, persons with disabilities and professionals. Donors of $5,000 or more will receive a free corner booth in a location of your choice (subject to availability) and your logo on the Expo web site (www.seniorexpoonline.com).

The Department of Aging offers a range of sponsorship levels. All banners will be provided by the BCDA.

Platinum Sponsors - $10,000        

• One Hundred (100) complimentary passes
• Gift Sponsor - limited to two sponsors for $10,000 each. Company name will be on 8,000 gifts distributed at the entrance. The gift will be determined by the Baltimore County Department of Aging.
• Custom Sponsorships – designed to meet sponsor’s marketing objective

Gold Sponsors – $5,000 Or More

Gold sponsors will receive the following for their sponsorship:

• Fifty (50) complimentary passes
• your logo on 30,000 flyers
• free corner or prime booth (subject to availability). Sponsors of $10,000 or more will receive one corner booth and one free inside booth (subject to availability).
• your business name will be printed in all publicity and advertising
• your company name on signage and acknowledgement at event
• your link and logo on the Expo web site
• special signage to recognize your contribution as a  "Gold Sponsor"
• special bolded listing in event’s program guide

The following are Gold Sponsorships:

• Flu Shots - Flu and pneumonia shots will be provided free to those with Medicare B and available for a charge. The flu shot sponsor will have the opportunity to collect the charges from those not covered by Medicare B and at all 20 Baltimore County Senior Centers after Expo. This sponsorship is available for $6,000.
• Fairgrounds “Cow Palace” Sponsor - The sponsorship provides four banners throughout the building. This sponsorship is $5,000.
• Entertainment Stage - The Entertainment Stage is a focal point for this event and features continuous entertainment by local performers, mostly professional musicians. The banner will be displayed at the stage. This sponsorship is available for $5,000. Sponsorship of individual performances is also available. Please call for rates.
• Food Court - The sponsor of the Food Court will have two company banners displayed in the Food Court area.  The banners will be provided by BCDA. This sponsorship is available for $5,000.
• Custom Sponsorships – designed to meet sponsor’s marketing objective

Silver Sponsors - $3,000

Silver Sponsors will receive the following for their sponsorship:

• Thirty (30) complimentary passes
• your logo on 30,000 flyers
• special bold listing in program guide
• your business name will be printed in all publicity and advertising pertinent to the specific area sponsored
• your link and logo on the Expo web site
• sign on booth indicating "Silver Sponsor"

The following are Silver Sponsorships:

• Booming Senior Centers - An area in the North Hall showcases a variety of activities taking at 20 Senior Centers. Sponsors may have one banner displayed in the area. This sponsorship is available for $3,000.
• Enrichment Fair – The entire South Hall or a specific area.  Please call for customized sponsorship opportunities. 
• Health or Demonstration Areas - Three large areas are available in the North Hall. This is an ideal location for demonstrations or health screenings. Each area is approximately 78' by 22' and can be divided by curtains. Up to eight six-foot tables and 16 chairs will be provided. Flu shots or pneumonia vaccines may not be given, unless the provider is also the flu shots sponsor. The cost for each area is $3,000. More than one area may be purchased.
• Breakfast - $3,000 or the cost of the breakfast. The Department of Aging has a free continental breakfast on Wednesday morning. The attendees of the breakfast include professionals, business owners, students and others interested in the field of aging. Usually 150 to 200 people attend. The sponsor's banner will be hung in the Center Hall during the breakfast.
• Entrance Sponsor - The sponsor's banner will be hung at the main entrance. The cost of this sponsorship is $3,000.
• Custom Sponsorships – designed to meet sponsor’s marketing objective

Bronze Sponsors - $2,000

Bronze sponsors will receive the following for their sponsorship:

• Twenty (20) complimentary passes
• logo on 30,000 flyers
• logo on homepage of web site
• sign in booth indicating "Bronze Sponsorship"
• special bold listing in program guide

The following are Bronze Sponsorships:

• Information Table - The sponsor can place a banner above the information table that is located near the entrance. The cost of this sponsorship is $2,000.
• Celebrity Guest - Cost to be determined. The sponsor will pay for a celebrity guest to appear at Expo. This guest must be approved by the Department of Aging.
• Custom Sponsorships – designed to meet sponsor’s marketing objective

Note: This list contains sponsorship opportunities that have been available in past years. The Department of Aging is always willing to listen to any suggestions for additional sponsorships.
