Increase your visibility at the Senior Expo/Baby Boomer Expo by becoming an Expo Sponsor. Donors of $5,000 or more will receive a free corner booth in a location of your choice (subject to availability) and your logo on this web site. The Department of Aging offers the following different levels of sponsorship. Gold sponsors will receive the following for their sponsorship: - logo on 30,000 flyers
- a free corner or prime booth (subject to availability). Sponsors that paid $10,000 or more will receive one corner booth and one free inside booth (subject to availability).
- mention in all publicity and advertising
- company name on signs and verbal mention at event
- logo on homepage of web site
- sign on booth indicating "Gold Sponsor"
- special bolded listing in program guide
The following are Gold Sponsorships: - Gift Sponsor- only available to two sponsors for $10,000 each. Company name will be on 8,000 gifts distributed at the entrance. The gift will be determined by the Baltimore County Department of Aging.
- Flu Shots- Flu and pneumonia shots will be provided free to those with Medicare B and available for a charge to others. The sponsor will have the opportunity to collect the charges from those not covered by Medicare B and at all 19 Baltimore County senior centers after Expo. This sponsorship is available for $6,000.
- Promenade Palace Sponsor- The sponsoring company can place four banners throughout the building. The sponsor will provide the banners. This sponsorship is $5,000.
- Entertainment Stage- The Entertainment Stage is a focal point for this event and features continuous entertainment by local performers, mostly professional musicians. The banner, provided by the sponsor, will be displayed at the stage. This sponsorship is available for $5,000. Sponsorship of individual performances is also available. Please call for rates.
- Food Court- The sponsor of the Food Court will be able to have its company’s banner (provided by the sponsor) two banners in the Food Court area. This sponsorship is available for $5,000.
Silver Sponsors will receive the following for their sponsorship: - logo on 30,000 flyers
- special bold listing in program guide
- mention in all publicity and advertising that has to do with specific area being sponsored
- logo on homepage of Web site
- sign on booth indicating "Silver Sponsor"
The following are Silver Sponsorships: - Senior Center Area- An area in the 4-H Building showcases a variety of activities taking place at senior centers. The sponsor will be able to hang one banner (provided by the sponsor) in the area. This sponsorship is available for $3,000.
- Health or Demonstration Areas- Three large areas are available in the 4-H Building. This is an ideal location for demonstrations or health screenings. Each area is approximately 78' by 22' and can be divided by curtains. Up to eight six-foot tables and 16 chairs will be provided. Flu shots or pneumonia vaccines may not be given, unless the provider is also the flu shots sponsor. The cost for each area is $3,000. More than one area may be purchased.
- Breakfast- $3,000 or the cost of the breakfast. The Department of Aging has a free continental breakfast on Wednesday morning. The attendees of the breakfast include professionals, business owners, students and others interested in the field of aging. Usually 150 to 200 people attend. The sponsor's banner (provided by the sponsor) will be hung in the Vista Room during the breakfast.
- Entrance Sponsor- The sponsor's banner (provided by the sponsor) will be hung at the main entrance. The cost of this sponsorship is $3,000.
Bronze sponsors will receive the following for their sponsorship: - logo on 30,000 flyers
- logo on homepage of web site
- sign in booth indicating "Bronze Sponsorship"
- special bold listing in program guide
The following are Bronze Sponsorships: - Information Table- The sponsor can place a banner above the information table that is located near the entrance. The cost of this sponsorship is $2,000.
- Celebrity Guest- Cost to be determined. The sponsor will pay for a celebrity guest to appear at Expo. This guest must be approved by the Department of Aging.
Note: This list contains sponsorship opportunities that have been available in past years. The Department of Aging is always willing to listen to any suggestions for additional sponsorships.
