If you are looking for dependable, hard working employees, the Senior Expo/Baby Boomer Expo Job Fair is the place to be. The Job Fair, sponsored by the Baltimore County Department of Aging, Baltimore County Chamber of Commerce, and the Baltimore County Office of Workforce Development, in partnership with the Maryland Workforce Exchange, will be held in the 4-H Building at Timonium Fairgrounds on Thursday, October 8, 2009. 78 million Baby Boomers will be eligible to retire during the next 10 years. 80 percent of those say they will likely continue work, but do something to "give back" and feel engaged. Right now these retirees and soon to be retirees are deciding whether to work for you.
